Purchase Option Cancellation Policy (United States)

At RDP, we offer our customers the opportunity to purchase options to buy certain products. By purchasing a purchase option through our website, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of the Purchase Option

A purchase option is a limited right that allows the customer to purchase a specific product within a specified period and at a predetermined price. The purchase of an option does not constitute the final purchase of the product.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All purchase options are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Once a purchase option has been purchased, the customer may not cancel it or request a refund, as the product is reserved exclusively for the customer during the agreed period.

If the customer does not exercise the purchase option within the specified period, the option will automatically expire without any right to a refund or credit.

1. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

• A verifiable payment processing error by RDP.

• RDP is unable to fulfill the availability of the product associated with the purchase option.

If a refund is applicable, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

1. Legal Compliance

This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United States and does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

1. Policy Modifications

RDP reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The applicable version will be the version in effect on the date the purchase option was made.

1. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
